Welcome to the Beanstalk Keepsakes blog. I won't just be posting about our products we promise. I wanted to give you a bit more so you will see posts on what to do in the local area, craft projects you can do with the kiddies, keepsakes you can make from home and you'll get to hear a bit more about me and my life as a work from home Mum. Hope you enjoy my posts. Feel free to comment on any post and leave your feedback.

My First Keepsake Party

So I did my first Keepsake Party two weeks ago and am pleased to say it went very well. The party host was an ex-colleague and friend of mine, Leah. From the moment I told her about Beanstalk Keepsakes she was very excited and supportive. She has a little girl who is 18 months now and knows other mums with children of a similar age so she said she had plenty of people to invite.

You can host Keepsake Parties in a number of ways – in the day as a pottery painting party, where the littlies can get involved and paint their own pottery or in the evening so that the mums can have relaxing time catching up over a glass of wine and looking at my lovely products. It’s totally down to the host really and I can be very flexible. Leah decided to go for the latter and we had a lovely evening planned.

I wanted to make the party a bit more interactive rather than just setting up my products for guests to browse so I gave Leah the option for her and her friends to do some crafty things together and brought along a few mugs and paints so they could all get creative.

This is how they got on….

There were some really creative ladies there that night and it was lovely to sit around the table and catch up with old colleagues and get to know some of Leah’s friends. And Leah didn’t go home empty handed either – she receives 10% of the sales to spend in the Beanstalk Keepsake shop – so when she is ready to choose an item her money is sitting there for her to spend.  Her lovely mother in law also sneakily ordered this stunning memory locket necklace for her birthday which was only a few days later. I managed to turn this one around very quickly as I already had her little girl, Brooke’s footprint on file.

If you would like to host your own Keepsake Party and earn 10% to spend on Beanstalk Keepsakes products then come and fill in this short form now and I can book you in.
